It was great to hear about
Kyle Basten's experience at
RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) this year at
Wartburg College in Waverly. This is the first year of
District 6000 (our Rotary District in Southern Iowa) joining with
District 5970 in Northern Iowa to sponsor a week-long experience for young people.
It was great to hear Kyle's impressions and experiences. He said that he hoped to return as a councilor next year.
