Past Gov. Don Patterson speaks about Xicotepec

Washington Rotary club member and FY 2011-12 Rotary District 6000 Governor Don Patterson spoke at Rotary on Thursday about his experience as District Governor, and encouraged others to seek out the opportunity. The program chair was Becky Patterson, his wife, and traveling companion last year in visiting all 63 Clubs in the District.

Don also gave a slide show presentation of the several trips to Xicotepec, Mexico that he and Becky have made over the past several years on an ongoing joint community improvement project between Rotary District 6000 in Southern Iowa and the Rotary Club of Xicotepec.
