As a Rotary member, you make a difference in your community and internationally. Last year, because of the efforts of Rotarians and their friends and family voting daily from their computers, smartphones, and tablets, we received 2.5 million airline miles through United Airline's 10 Million Charity Miles Giveaway. To participate, you can VOTE and/or you can donate some United miles.
Charity Miles help Rotary greatly expand its humanitarian reach. Charity Miles provide airfare for volunteers leading polio eradication efforts in Africa, and send U.S. Gift of Life surgical teams to perform life-saving surgeries in Central America. Charity Miles also help students from disadvantaged families participate in Rotary's international exchange program.
This year, we once again have the opportunity to take a minute to vote daily to make a big difference in the lives of others.
